Tour Arenice

Arenice tower

The lighthouse is a reinterpretation of a stable architecture inspired by local roots. The project is spectacular in its simplicity, views and bioclimatic design. It is organised into a plan that maximises the opportunities of the site while having a symbolic transparency to its simple and complementary programmatic organisation.

At the edge of the plot, an office unit is housed and incorporates a large multifunctional room that will open on a garden in its upper part.

The hotel and the hotel complex consist of two towers linked by walkways and multi-level interior gardens. Between these two programs units is the SPA and an indoor and outdoor pool with a panoramic bar.

The project favours exceptional views of the sea, the mountains, the old town of Nice. Common areas connect all the programs.

The design of the tower promotes sustainable architecture and local materials, all with a special focus on the environment and its respect. The Arenice Tower are simple volumes, complementary to Josep Lluis Mateo’s urban project, legible and identified by a metropolitan lighthouse. The tower sees the metropolis and shows itself to the articulation of the existing landscapes. It illuminates its territory and its landscape. It is also the sign of the presence of a district federation for the new metropolis and can represent the port of entry of the azure territory.
