Grillé Strasbourg

Grillé Strasbourg

Le Grillé Strasbourg, the first restaurant of the series located outside of Paris, had to be part of the family but also staging its difference. Accordingly with the other creations of the Grillé, the kitchen is opened to the dining area, with dark green tones. The plan set up two equal spans. The first develops the kitchen and the extension of its counter. The second is the reception and sharing place. It features a shared table that occupies the entire length of the dining room. The table is illuminated by a large common candlestick giving the tone for a space dedicated to sharing and gathering. You share the table as you share the light in a space that recalls the large rustic tables. Rustic materials such as wood, ceramics and some local archetypes such as the Chicago façade, alcoves, are reassembled, transformed, reconstituted.
