Annecy

Annecy

Clément Blanchet, supported by Jean-Pierre Marielle, expert urban planner, helped the city to define methods of approach and analysis capable of providing a framework for the development of their territory.

A pre-project method has been put in place to evaluate and develop the projects submitted to the city, in order to guarantee the quality of the housing, the urban integration of the building(s) and the sustainability of their implementation.

In parallel with this ongoing work, a forward-looking approach was launched in 2021 to co-construct with the city's departments, elected officials and the various actors involved in developing a “reference guide to building and developing well in Annecy”. This document is built around a series of thematic seminars and workshops, and aims to provide a frame of reference for the various topics related to construction and development. It covers a wide range of subjects, from programming to mobility, and from urban integration to housing quality, in a document that is both educational and operational.
