CBA is proud to present its proposal for the Zagreb International Stadium Competition, developed together and in collaboration with a dream team with PAD, Arbanas, TER, TESS , Janodet.

The project extends CBA’s ongoing research into the contemporary stadium, following the soon-to-be-completed Red Star Stadium in Paris. Rather than approaching the stadium as an isolated object, the Zagreb proposal investigates how such a large-scale infrastructure can generate city, landscape and collective life.

On 5 October 2026, on the occasion of World Architecture Day, Clément Blanchet presented ‘The Desire to Live: Architecture, Seduction and the Contemporary Condition’ at the Thessaloniki State Conservatory in Greece.

The lecture questioned architecture's increasing dependence on performance, regulation, density and sustainability, exploring the distance between what architecture must provide and what makes a place desirable to inhabit.

Very happy to share that Clément Blanchet Architecture has won the international competition for the transformation of the former coastal quarry in Saranda.

Clément Blanchet was invited by the School of Architecture, Design and Urban Planning (EMADU) at Euromed University of Fez, Morocco, to deliver a lecture entitled ‘Our Context Is Our Modernity: Architecture, Climate and Transformation’.

The lecture explored the relationship between architecture, climate and territorial heritage, examining how existing conditions can become active resources for architectural thought and transformation.

Location: Biennale dello Stretto, Italy

On 19 September 2026, Clément Blanchet and French philosopher and sociologist Gilles Lipovetsky came together at the Biennale dello Stretto for ‘Architecture and Seduction’, a dialogue exploring the relationship between architecture, philosophy and the transformations of contemporary society.

Location: Vitra Campus, Weil am Rhein, Germany

On 16 September 2026, Clément Blanchet was invited to give a lecture at the Vitra Campus in Weil am Rhein, exploring architecture beyond the finished object: unfinished, reversible and transformative.

After Miami, Platform Architecture and Design arrives in Paris — and Clément Blanchet Architecture [cba] will be part of the conversation.

Paris Breeze explores the intimate relationship between interior architecture and the city, through projects shaped by personal, cultural, and professional ties to Paris.

The evening will open with welcoming words by Simona Finessi, editor of Platform magazine, and will be moderated by Lorenzo Mazzei, member of Architalie.

Clément Blanchet Architecture (CBA) is pleased to announce its selection among the invited teams participating in the international urban development consultation for the transformation of the Rákosrendező district in Budapest, Hungary.

This marks CBA’s first project in Hungary, and an important step in the practice’s growing international urban portfolio. For this competition, CBA is collaborating with FBIS Architects and Gustafson Porter + Bowman, bringing together expertise in large-scale urban strategy, landscape design, and public-space transformation.
