A new chapter for Clément Blanchet Architecture in Bordeaux

Clément Blanchet Architecture (CBA) is pleased to present La Jallère project, unveiled at SIMI in collaboration with Bordeaux Métropole. This new commission marks an important step for the practice in the transformation of large-scale existing structures.

Developed in collaboration with Nicolas Zweyacker, Urbain des Bois, and ICADE, the project explores the restructuring and reinvention of an existing complex, embracing a strategy of transformation rather than tabula rasa.

Working with what is already there—to extend, to reveal, to reinvent—La Jallère initiates a process of architectural and urban metamorphosis. Further stages of this transformation will be shared in the coming months.
